Pros: - Affordable - Close to ball state (but far enough away to be peaceful) - Close to Walmart and food places - Hardly any noise issues with neighbors - Management has fixed any issues in a timely and professional manner - Interior of apartment was clean and cozy - All appliances have worked with no problem Cons: - Parking is TERRIBLE. No reserved or guest spots. There have been times I had to park across the street at the hotel because no parking spots were available - Laundry. There’s only three washers and dryers.
