First, I would like to say hands down one of the best properties I have ever lived at. The property is safe, clean, but most importantly has the best staff. Starling, Trent, Betsy. These people not only know their job but how to treat their residents. One thing I do want to share and I am pretty sure other residents would agree would be is the residents portal. Prolly the best apartments I have spent my time in Seattle. I move every year and yet I renewed my lease with them. The staff is just way too nice. They have free coffee, candies for residents and even hand out pumpkin pies during Halloween! There is a maintenance team on the property at all time and is very responsive as well.
