Kitzie did a great job helping me out and answering my questions. The apartments look really nice, modern, and up to date. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend checking the place out.
I have never rated a complex 5 stars. This is by far the best place I have ever rented. The staff are kind and informative, the living space is beautiful, maintenance is great and fast. The pool and updated gym are awesome as well. It is very dog friendly, there is a really cute dog park and lots of pet stations available. The only thing is the dog wash is just a hose and spigot with a little brick and concrete area, so you can't really use it in the summer due to hot water and concrete. I’m unhappy with some parts of my experience living at the nine on shoreline. This is my first lease in my name, and I’ve had concerns with maintenance entry, inspections, noise issues, and a cleaning fee I didn’t agree with, which has left me feeling unheard at times. However, I do appreciate that the property manager transferred me to a bigger unit at the same price and has remained professional even during difficult conversations.
