I've had a wonderful time living here and am sad to move. I'm only moving to be closer to my work, otherwise I would have renewed here. The front office staff are very kind and maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly, though they are ranked based off the severity of which you file, so keep that in mind if your request doesn't get addressed immediately.
Complete lack of professionalism. My husband and I are apartment hunting, and when we went by I had to stay in the car as I have a highly intensive job in a hybrid setting. When he came out to grab me to look at a unit, I met Nancy, who's first thing to say to me was "You're husband is exposing you for not liking to cook", whatever that is supposed to mean. I didn't know what that was supposed to mean, but it definitely was not a compliment. Misogyny was not what I was expecting when apartment hunting in Austin.
Would be nice if management was available and tenants didn’t have to wait until whenever they feel like dealing with their job. Shoutout to the upstairs neighbors in building 14 second floor for being loud until 3am almost every night and ignoring any type of discussion. Maybe wouldn’t be complaining on here if the office did anything while we tried many times to go to the office but they can’t do anything themselves so they try to dump it on the sheriffs who seem to not cover the area. Tons of black mold, I had major health problems because of this and maintenance and Pam in the front office lied and said it's just dirty. Don't move in here, not unless you value your life.
