I was a dinner and lunch cook at The Nile a few years back. This restaurant is one reason on a short list I would visit Anderson again. The hummus is to die for. The falafel, the fool, and the tzatziki is some of the best i have ever had any where. I wish they would publish a book of recipes!!!
