Been there several times. Long wait times, incorrect orders, greasy food, small portions, absurd prices. What’s to like?
Dined there yesterday, ordered a hot chocolate and husband ordered a bloody Mary. Took 18 minutes to get drinks after ordering them and the hot chocolate was warm not hot. Food took 25 minutes, and sat under heat lamp for 5 minutes while waitress putzed around behind counter. I heard the bell that my food was done, she did not. My food then is not warm, but not as hot as it should be. maybe have steam from mashed potatoes and gravy if were right temp. pointed it out to waitress, she shrugged....... I usually LOVE the food here. Normalky poetions are large, fries are crisp, and food is fast. Today's order had small portions, tiny pancakes, abd a hash that was mostly burnt potatoes ond crunchy meat. I know it's pride weekend and you are busy, but I was highly dissapointed today :/
the food is nasty and the wait staff suck order fried chicken and it was still alive bloody the waiter said that the way it comes it should be shut down I'll never go there ever I'd rather eat at mcnastys before this place gross

I had a bad experience dealing with the staff last last night as an Uber Eats driver. A staff member was short and curt with me when I was asking about the status of my delivery order. The very next morning, owner Sam Turner invited me to call him to discuss. He pointed out a few things I could have done differently that may not have escalated the situation, and said he'd have a talk with the staff and server I had issue with.
