Nick is a pleasant person to work with. He is also very patient as he gave me a market analysis 1 and 1/2 years before I was ready to list. He knows all the local businesses which I did not realize how important that would be when I listed. This includes locksmiths, electricians, plumbers, lawyers, handyman and landscapers. I started my home search with Cory in February earlier this year (2020). He helped me get a feel for the market and showed me several homes to try and find my likes and dislikes.
