So glad I found The Nexus Group! My insurance went hard generic on meds & my previous Psych NP was not a good fit for this situation. I found my current Psych PA and drove more than an hour to have my first appointment with her about 2 years ago. She has been amazing! She's compassionate, patient, understanding, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to & got me back on the meds that worked best with my brain! I’ve been a patient here for years. They’re incredibly difficult to communicate with, and have a lot of ridiculous and inflexible policies. Just a frustrating experience overall that I would not recommend to anyone.
I was a patient here for many years, and I just want to echo others complaints about how inaccessible they sometimes make care thorugh policies and inflexibility. I appreciated working directly with Dr. T, he helped me out a lot, but his other staff has let me down on numerous occasions, most recently when they wanted me to register as a new patient after asking to be re-instated into their care well within their 30 day window after discharge.
