I live here in an entire year and I paid my rent on time always $580 on the 25th the month before the rent was due, I got moved into a different building because mold was growing all over my apartment and I go to retrieve my items today and this is what I walk into after the locks were broken into on my windows! this place is a joke. lived here a year and cant wait to move. garabage disposal never worked and sink never drained right so course it caused nats. Have no had hot water for 6 days now with kids a toddler and pregnant I have to carry big pail of water to the bath. which I'm not suppose to do. oh, let's not forget the bed bugs that I never had til they started construction on the apartment below us. had to throw 4 beds and a couch away. and pay to fix the bug problem myself. I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE LONG I DONT FEEL SAFE.... GOT HELD GUN POINT, MAINTENANCE KEEP COMING IN MY HOUSE EATING N TAKING SHIT DEY STILL HAVENT DID SHIT BOUT IT.... PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE CANT NEVER FIND A PLACE TO PARK JUS HORRIBLE... AND WANT 1500. TO BREAK LEASE SMDH
do not move here! trashy apartments potholes everywhere. they have promised to open the pool for years now. they raised the rent and haven't done a thing besides repave a small portion of the complex. they also promised a park for the children but instead they made a park for the dogs! can't wait until my lease is up
I lived in my apartment a year and I had several issues while there. First, my light socket caught on fire, then my air stopped working & then I had no hot water for a few days. When my lease was up, I moved out & not only did they keep my deposit but charged an additional $700!! Who does that? DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!
