We took the Private Home Infant CPR Class with Steve, and it was an excellent experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely kind. Steve explained everything in a clear and approachable way, making the material easy to understand and reassuring. He took the time to answer our questions and ensured we felt confident and prepared by the end of the class. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for CPR training.
This service is very disorganized. I had services booked for in hospital stay with me. However hospitals only allow two people in a room. So my husband would have had to leave. I didnt know. I found that out 4 days prior to birth. They didnt know this either. And didnt want to refund the money. This was stressful while pregnant to debate about. We pushed dates out and figured it out. As a first time mom, everything feels new and a little overwhelming. The New Mummy Company made renting a pump each month so simple and stress free. Their team is extremely friendly, supportive and highly knowledgeable. They offer a great variety of options. Highly recommend!
Not worth the money nor the time to sit through the class. I took the Labour & Birth with Newborn Baby Basics prenatal class and most of the information was already covered in other online prenatal classes offered for free by the Halton Region and by my local women's health centre. The initial appeal of the course was the in-person hands-on education which was only about 30 mins of actual active learning.
