Jeorge in maintenance has gone above and beyond with any type of apt maintenance that we have had the past few years, extremely quick with repairs, along with post check-ups pertaining to work performed. Office staff have also been a pleasure.
George has been working on repairing the heat in my building for the last few days and was very kind and polite in my apartment while I was working from home. Thank you!
Living there was fine, with good communication. Occasionally centipedes but expected with older buildings. It is a quiet area. Communication after moving out is subpar from the property manager. Adding on here in hopes she will respond to me.
Don’t park your car here overnight as a visitor if you can help it. Mine was recently vandalized in a carjacking attempt and police said this parking lot in particular is a hot target due to the lack of security cameras. If you have a Kia, stay away or become victim to the Kia boys like I did.
