I've been a patient of Dr Rao since 2004. He and his staff is caring and extremely passionate! I am always listened to and made to feel as an individual not a file or a chart. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Ever since I came here I've gotten a lot better. But it has been years since I've seen Dr Rao and nobody ever answer the phone if you need a refill I don't know what to tell you it took two to three days to get someone to call me back or call my pharmacist I am on a study but when I'm done I will change neurologist.
