My boys have always dreaded going to the dentist, but their first visit at The Nest with Dr. Pelzer and her team was amazing! They were welcoming and caring from the start! Made the visit fun! An incredible experience, and the first time there weren’t any tears at a dentist visit. Highly recommend!
Hygienist looked unhappy entire visit and seemed annoyed. Receptionist was eager to want to collect money from dental recommendations as my wife and I were shocked by their 6k recommendation price. I initially sent them internal feedback and left it at that. They sent a dismissive follow up though so I decided to follow up with a 1 star review.
It was my son’s first dentist visit and they did a phenomenal job at trying to calm him down when he was scared. Even had on his favorite show which was a nice touch!
Beautiful and clean office, exceptionally friendly staff, great location! I’m so glad I found this office for my 15 month old’s first dentist appointment! We were in and out in 10 minutes with minimal crying!
They have been amazing working with my Autistic son. They made sure he has been comfortable with everystep before moving forward with doing anything with him.
