Julie is knowledgeable, gracious, and easy going. She worked with us for a year recognizing we wanted to be deliberate in the choice of our new home. She helped us weigh pros and cons of each selection and she was cognizant of our "checklist". In talking to another realtor at a grandson's soccer game, his comment was, "Oh, I've done a deal with Julie. It was the smoothest transaction I've ever had." That was our experience as well.
Julie is the best! As a first time homebuyer, I didn't quite know what to expect, but she guided me through the whole process and has continued to help me out even six months after closing -- giving advice on home service companies and sending information on how to apply for homestead tax exemptions. I am so grateful she was my realtor and helped me find my forever home!
