Dave helped my wife & I look at numerous properties that were in our budget and fit our needs until we finally found the home that was exactly what we were looking for. Then he scheduled a meeting with the owners once they accepted out offer and a final walk-through the day we closed. He then met us at the title company and stayed there until the papers were signed and helped us celebrate the event!! He is the best!!
