Dave Nelson is very likeable, knowledgeable, and has a good temperament. Karen was extremely helpful, also very knowledgeable in the real estate process, and considerate. It was a pleasure working with Dave and Karen. They were readily available to show us any house we wanted to look at. The closing process was fast and we closed without any problems in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Eastern Idaho area.
