My dil and I visited this shop this afternoon and what a wonderful, wonderful shop-unbelievable choice in canvases, great fiber selection, and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the area...
I had 3 Christmas stockings stitched by their ghost stitcher. I provided the stitch guides and threads. I am disappointed with the job done. There are significant areas of missing stitched and the stitcher did not follow the stitch guide. I called The store and left a message for the manager. No call back:(
Everyone was so nice! I messed up on a personalized project and they were really helpful and gave me a new one for FREE. Definitely will be going back.
