They were so great today! We were in the area to move in our son. He had mentioned he would love a needlepoint belt with his college. Thank you for your curbside service!
Very quick to send my next project to me. All the threads and needle were including and ready for me to get started.
So upset that the last two belts I took in there came back too short. I’ve been doing belts for 20 years with them and never had a problem. I took the old belt in to be measured by them to make sure it was correct. It wasn’t and they will not make it right. They are skimping on the leather.

Their customer service is top notch. They knew I was leaving town and priority mailed my package to me so I would have it even though I had not yet paid for it. I panicked when I realized I had not given them my payment info and figured they had not sent to me. When I called I was told that they knew I needed it and sent it ahead anyway. They are the best ! I have been a customer for 15+ years and would recommend them to anyone !
I've been an Eye of the Needle customer for nearly 20 years, and while they've grown significantly in size and stock, they remain loyal to their small shop roots and service. I've loved the variety of the projects they carry, and when I moved out of state, Eye of the Needle continued to work with me so I could keep up my favorite hobby away from my home state and home needlepoint store!
Absolutely recommend! Mimi has helped me out several times now. Always so helpful and gets things to me fast!
