Essence at The Natural Spot gave amazing service and took great care of my hair. My ends were cut to perfection and the results are long lasting!
Discussed my hair condition for my retwist the day before my appointment. Only to go there and find out she's trying to uncharge me just because of how much hair I had. She only washed my hair and parted it, then had another individual scheduled to do their hair ontop of my appointment. I left respectfully and went to an actual professional to get my hair done PROPERLY. The benefit being that I didn't have to pay more than $25 for the retwist with another stylist because my hair was parted already. -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
