Discussed my hair condition for my retwist the day before my appointment. Only to go there and find out she's trying to uncharge me just because of how much hair I had. She only washed my hair and parted it, then had another individual scheduled to do their hair ontop of my appointment. I left respectfully and went to an actual professional to get my hair done PROPERLY. The benefit being that I didn't have to pay more than $25 for the retwist with another stylist because my hair was parted already. -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
I love the way my hair feels soft and hydrated. I was given a trim that suits my style. I love what she did with my hair!!! I definitely will be going back to Essence for my hair care.
