We just had a great lunch outdoors on their patio. The mahi mahi tacos w/mango salsa were wonderful and our server April was excellent and very warm and friendly. All of the staff was very nice. I already had my locals card and my friend Sheri got hers today so we saved 20% on our lunch tab. Can't wait to go back soon.

I was staying at another hotel, but came to The National for the bar and had a fabulous time. The atmosphere was was comfortable and the drinks/service was outstanding. On my next visit to Jackson, I'm definitely planning in staying at this hotel and having dinner in the restaurant.
This is the perfect hotel for me. Great location, comfy room, free WiFi, balcony (shared), nice bathroom, extremely friendly staff. The hotel is newly renovated but it's an older place - so the expectatons regarding room size have to be re-adjusted. Not a big fan of AC, today I'm happy to have one In the middle of historic Jackson.
Great spot in the Mother Lode!
We having been wanting to come to Sunday Brunch and finally made it today! Well we were not disappointed. ..from the minute we walked in to the minute we left it was an awesome experience all around! The best service, staff, ambiance, FOOD was to die for (had their amazing Eggs Benedict) and Bottomless Mimosas! My husband had the Steak Hash and Bloody Mary and their awesome Coffee! Plus they brought us out and extra treat...With my husband's family in the Restaurant Business and us being Foodies we are always extra critical.... read more
The national hotel has the BEST bed I have ever slept in and the bedding was equally amazing. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. I can't wait to stay there when I go back to Jackson in June !
