Been coming here since the 70s. Great staff and service
Kelly, the manager, is a class act! She went above and beyond for us, to make our stay even more wonderful! Room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful!
I loved this Hotel! Great Staff, the restaurant was Wonderful! Enjoyed sitting in the bar before dinner and relaxing. Our Room was absolutely Beautiful and comfy! We would stay here anytime!
Wish we were staying longer and not just for the night! This place has a great nostalgic feel and is super quaint! Will definitely be back for a long weekend!
The hotel staff gets a solid 5 stars. Noah and staff are top notch. The downstairs bar/ restaurant needs help. They are understaffed and undertrained. The complimentary breakfast on the balcony was great and free wine tasting good too. For lunch and dinner I would seek other options. You feel like you are in another time staying here though. What a great escape! I would stay again for sure.
Fantastic place to dine! Great food, well prepared and visually pleasing. They have good portion sizes and very good customer service!
Enjoyed lunch today at Stanley's Steakhouse. Food and service were Superb. Took a walk around the lobby before we left. Great thought and detail went in to the hotels design. A must see stop in historic Jackson.
Yesterday enjoyed lunch with my friend Gail sitting outside in the beautiful spring weather. Lunch was delicious and service was great. Everything on the menu sounded inviting, must go back soon and try another dish!
