I’m sad to say I feel like The Nail Studio has lost it’s way. My family have been loyal customers for years, we would only have our manicures and pedicures done there, but we are done. The Nail Studio used to take care of their customers, put them and their experience first. The pedicures were amazing, and the 5 minute shoulder massage while you waited for your nails to dry were the best part, and one of the reasons we kept coming back. I brought my niece in to get her nails done for graduation. Dina painted my nails a simple and short green and I’m very happy with how they came out. My niece got acrylics by Kevin did an amazing job with the flower detail and French tips.
The Nail Studio could not be better!! We three go often.They are friendly, courteous and always do an A++ job...especially on hand-painting flowers on nails!! Thank you, David and Helen!!! (We love Amanda, too)... xoxoxo, Mary, Ruby and Rosie
The Nail Studio is as clean today as it was when it opened 8 years ago. Every tool is in its place. There are no TVs playing! Very serene. The staff are very understanding of clients' individual needs.
Very disappointed. My feet don't look any better than when I walked in… rough skin and not a great polish job.
