I went in for a basic pedi. Everything was i was greeted upon entry by some lovely techs and taken care of however, the issue is had was with the tech that was sitting in the chair to my left. She had NO SHOES ON AT ALL! I've never seen this i had spoken to my tech, kay, and she looked quite embarrassed and apologized to me. I loved my service and my tech but it was uncomfortable for me to see that. I don't think I'll return to this place after that. Do better.

Terrible service I had one awesome nail tech, he was awesome, my other experiences were so rude. It' should be a relaxing service. Just talk to each other in their language. I won't go back. The customers were pleasant:) You should create connections with your clients.
Michael helped me out with a beautiful French gel manicure he always goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with my nails down to the details thank you for making me feel so welcomed when I come in. Will surely be back 😀
