My favorite nail salon in Walnut Creek. Great for a girls night out because its right downtown so near restaurants and lounges, as well as awesome shopping.

The nail shop – I received a gift card from my mother that the Nail Shop forgot to put actual $ on which would have totaled $10. When I went to redeem the card (again a nominal amt.) the person who works at the front hassled me about having a receipt for the gift card. In the process of trying to locate this for her my manicure got very damaged. HORRIBLE – i did not like this place at all!! one of the older ladies did my nails and first i didnt understand what she was saying.. i had made an appt for acrylic and she did pink and white. second, she took FOREVER on my nails and they still came out unsatisfactory. third, she had a sharp nail that she dug into the sides of my nails. i've never went to a nail salon where they had hurt me. she made me b l e e d and all she said was "opps i made a mistake." and started laughing. after she spoke in a different language and a... read more

Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else – I was kept waiting fifteen minutes - work station not very clean, manicurist picked debris out of the powder until I insisted she open a new jar. At 10:30 am it was 43 degrees outside and they had the door open and no heat in the salon - absoluetely freezing. All the employees were wearing coats, no heat at all. Never Again.... – Receptionist was extremely rude, waited for FAR too long, service was dissappointing and to be honest...it didn't seem sanitary!
