I always get my nails done here by Anna. I get exactly what I want (which has allowed me to explore different things!), but there are always helpful suggestions. For instance, I really needed bright and happy nails so chose the brightest they had which was a bright neon green. She suggested adding chrome on top to add a shinier finish. I love the Nail Room! I used to come back a few years ago and had to get an appointment a few weeks ago due to my long time nail tech moving states. I got Lisa, and she did an amazing job! This is my second time coming back since. Love her work, love the atmosphere. I’ll be continuing to come back :)

HORRIBLE experience! I wanted an acrylic fill with black gel polish… i got bumpy nails. AND the paint keeps peeling off to leave wet paint underneath the bumps. It was an older lady in the back, AND she was so rough with my fingers! When I went back to get one fixed, they were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience.
