I was so excited to try this place out. My coworker kept raving about this salon and I liked her nails so I decided to book for their happy hour gel manicure service. I showed up and was greeted promptly and was told to pick a color, my assigned tech came up not even a minute later asking if I was ready so I didn’t have much time to pick a color, I asked for a milky white and she said she wasn’t familiar with the colors because it was her first day, ok- I quickly chose pink. I made 2 appoinyments. One for a pedicure and one for an eyebrow wax. This was 2 weeks ago. I made the appointment through booksy. The appointment was supposed to be for 11am. An hour larer it textme saying rescheduled for noon. Within another hour, it said canceled. The next day I was charged a $49 no show charge after my text said my 2 appointments were canceled. The best nail salon Vegas! The team is great, good aesthetic, music choice is a vibe, the art and artist are TOP TIER, and overall there's a welcoming aurora. They offer all types of services to pamper yourself all in one shop. When I viewed all the services on Booksy, I knew I had to visit. You should check these artist out.
