I wasn’t informed about an extra charge until the very end. Additionally, the tip was not optional — I was asked whether I wanted to add it to my payment or give cash, which made it clear that tipping was required. This lack of transparency was uncomfortable and disappointing.

I went to The Nail Lounge in Morgan Hill for a pedicure. Leo greeted me at the door and got me a chair right away. I initially wanted a nail clip and a scrub, but Shayla recommended the package just above. (Sorry, I can't remember the package) It was the best recommendation I have ever had for a pedicure.
