I've tried probably a good six or seven times to give them the benefit of the doubt and the service is inconsistent and the quality is lacking! This time I'm not even going back even though I now need to go pay somebody else to redo their service.
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Tren/Trin did my nails on May 4th. By May 6th, 1 nail popped off, May 8th, another nail popped off both on r hand I then decided to just go back to have them fix. Hannah fixed 2 nails and she was apologetic. The following day on the left hand 2 more nails had popped off. I'm over it. I decided to scrap off all the REMAINING nails because I refuse to go back for the 3rd time in less than a week to have work on the same set.
