I had two amazing experiences with Alexis at The Nail Collective. I went to her to get my first ever nail service done (I got a structured gel manicure) and was nervous, but she eased my mind by being kind and guiding me through her process. She asked for my input along the way to make sure I got the nails I wanted and would be happy with. The end result was so much better than I could have imagined and didn’t chip at all while having them for over 2 weeks (and I work a physical labor job). Natalie B was great! She nailed it. Super easy to book. The salon experience was great. Really cool vibes in there. They do specials all the time. I would definitely go back. Loved this nail salon.

Extremely disappointed in The Nail Collective. My aunt went in for a gel manicure with Cheyenne a few days ago. She loved her nails at first — they looked great and she didn’t do anything strenuous afterward. No cleaning, no dishes, nothing. Yet within 24 hours, the polish on her thumbnail completely chipped off. We went back, and Cheyenne kindly repaired it. But less than a day later, the same nail chipped again — this time worse — and now there are new chips and bubbling on other fingers. My aunt’s nails always last three ... read more
