I was charged $100 by this salon without clear consent. I did NOT make an online appointment. I had gone in person in June, and when asked if I wanted to book again, I said yes. Later, I received alerts through Vagaro, but no appointment with this salon appeared, so I assumed it was an error. When the $100 charge appeared, I called my bank because I had never entered my card into any website, I always book by phone or in person. Such a bad experience. The technicians arrived 40 min late. I shared the design that I wanted they tried in different ways but they couldn’t so we opted for normal color and they wanted to charge full price. I had to negotiate over the phone for more than 15 min to get a normal price but they still charged me more. On my feet they made two toes bleeding. Eventually I paid more of a service that I’d get from a studio.definitely not recommended.
