Such a bad experience. The technicians arrived 40 min late. I shared the design that I wanted they tried in different ways but they couldn’t so we opted for normal color and they wanted to charge full price. I had to negotiate over the phone for more than 15 min to get a normal price but they still charged me more. On my feet they made two toes bleeding. Eventually I paid more of a service that I’d get from a studio.definitely not recommended.
This place is always so good to me. Cheyenne is personable and kind..she does her thang but she listens as well. I always come in with 5 hands and she never disappoints. Master in GelX..she converted me and I been in love ever since. Yall go see my girl Cheyenne and show her some love. If she's not available all them gals and the VIBES always peaceful.
I’ve been going to The Nail Collective since January 2025 and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is always a vibe! It’s soo cute on the inside! I get gel-x with Alexis! I found her on their Instagram. Alexis always provides an amazing experience! She’s so kind and talented! She also really cares about my natural nails! I can’t recommend them enough!
