RUDE. Horrible customer service. Salon itself looks nice and clean. But the lady sitting at the front never made eye contacts and super rude, I’ve never seen like a person that rude lol. There was three people were in salon and I went with my mother in law, mine got done earlier than her so I asked the front lady if I could sit next to her while i’m waiting and she didn’t even look at me, just said “if you want”. Awful.
The salon itself wasn’t bad. Extremely effective by doing the mani and pedi at the same time so time efficient. But I wasn’t expecting to be charged $110 for this lol. It was my first time here and will be my last knowing I could get the same thing down the road for more than half of what I paid. For a basic pedi (I requested no massage or mask) & a removal ($10) of a old set of nails & then the full set it was $170
If I could have given zero stars I would have done that. I had an appointment when I arrived they told me to set at station #7 and insisted I pick out my color, I tried to explain to them that I wanted the same color I had with them last time & I had a picture of the bottle which had the color name printed on the bottle. Well the technician said she couldn’t do the same color because I spray tan & it would turn sticky & yellow. I have been going here for years and typically don’t have any issues. However I went to get an SNS set on Thursday Sept 26th and three days later I had 5 nails that were broken and cracking and it looked terrible. Since they are closed Sundays I emailed them using the email that is listed on their page in order to explain my concern and my wanting something to be done.
