Great place to workout , lots of equipment indoor track,swimmimg.pool ,baskekball.court.nice and clean . But if you like music best have a iPod or someth they dont play radio threw the gym or music. Have tvs but no sound you hook up threw your phone or what not. But over all great place ! :)
Great staff. Seems to be enough equipment. Only drawback is not enough hours.
I loved it! Daughter and I had a great time! Had an awesome workout.
It is a very good facility but their weekend hours are to short
