Customer service is awful. I don't know should not be an answer from the front desk when inquiring about classes. Maybe we are not sure at this time but we could get back with you after we make the final decisions would be better. So frustrating sometimes.
This place needs to monitor how many lanes the swim team takes up in the lap pool. I am all for youth swimming but there needs to be enough lanes open for paying members who want to use the lap pool in the evening. I am told that lanes are open but there are always swimmers in them. Hold the coaches accountable to make sure lanes are open for lap swimmers.
