Wonderful service and beautiful product. The flowers were just as lovely as, if not more than, the image of what I ordered online. I also received a call asking if I was sure I wanted the flowers delivered to the recipient's house as the shop owner knew the flowers were for the daughter of a man whose funeral was that day. She wanted to know if I wanted them delivered to the funeral home instead. I thought that was such a kind gesture and they really went the extra mile. Ashley was the sweetest person when I called from out of state to request same-day delivery to my mother-in-law, who just moved into assisted living in Murray. She even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered and it was absolutely gorgeous. Ashley showed so much kindness and empathy towards my family during a difficult time, she is a customer service rockstar. Will definitely be ordering from Murray Flower Company again!
