I wish they would consider a bigger bun... The tenderloin is good and this lil hamburger bun in the middle.... Makes it really sloppy to eat. Their food is pretty greasy but like the fact they use their own meat. Service can be slow and I have left after waiting 15 min with no service to order. I know everyone just "raves" about them, but sorry... To me it is just the novelty, they need to start taking criticism without being offended and working on some issues.

Went the Mug, it was Loooong wait for burger, that was cooked waaaay to long, will not go back !!!!

The food is very good! The prices are very reasonable. My favorite is the Original Burger, Garlic Fries and a Rootbeer Float. The staff there are extremely friendly and helpful.

45 minutes is too long to wait for a hot dog, 6 greasy onion rings and two orders of cole slaw. We have tried this place many times hoping for improvement but it's getting worse instead of better. I don't know, maybe they think their disclaimer on the menu is justified, but nothing about our order should have caused such a delay. Obviously they can't operate efficiently or properly staff their kitchen. I would be embarrassed as a server that my customers had to wait so long.
