RecommendedWe tried The Mug, in Greenfield, for the first time and it definitely will not be the last! Their tenderloin sandwich was the best I ever had! The homemade ice cream was an awesome way to top it off!

It’s much better when they get my order right. Twice now I’ve ordered my meal, and instead of giving me what I wanted, they messed up the order. Seems like they lack training for the person running the register
We stood in the “order” line for quite a while for ice cream and then some folks stood in front of the ice cream area and got waited on. It would be good to have a sign over that area as well. A couple was inside ordering with their dog - not a service dog. Outside is one thing but inside where they are cooking is another. Why is that ok? Ice cream was very good.

This place is wonderful (5) of us went and all of our food was excellent including hand dip ice cream� And a bonus I got to meet the owner Amy. She heard us talking about what we wanted to order and she was in line also just happen to be there lol lol Such of sweet lady��
Ive never had a bad experience till today. I saw them make my burger and leave it threre because they didnt drop my daughter's tenders in time. After waiting an hour to get our food and we get home. I open my sandwich and its cold and my husbands sandwich isnt how he ordered it. Ive never had a bad experience till today. Hugely disappointed.
