Came here to do an evaluation for my son and their services were extremely slow. They give you a 15 minute grace period but will push u behind every one of u are 2 minutes late. They don’t have enough employees to complete their appointments in a timely manner

I drove an hour and a half and had to stop multiple times on the road due to syncope. I called the office half way to let them know. To say how nasty they were on my arrival was an understatement. When I finally made it there 3 minutes late, the level of rage from that therapist was very upsetting. "Karen" went on to humiliate me in front of everyone in the waiting room for no reason whatsoever and I had to sit outside for an hour to calm my anxiety down. The irony is the name of the office.
