Erin is a pro and goes out of her way to make the experience a success as well as make an uncomfortable procedure seem like nothing! Had a bikini wax...while I've had issues before, this one was easy on my sensitive skin and wasn't painful. Her facial was relaxing and my skin is glowing. Really didn't want to continue my day as I was ready for a nap. If you have any concerns, talk to her prior. She knows her stuff!
