They are by far one of the best teams out there that will help you find your dream house. Plenty or firms and real estate professionals may know the forms and the process (and Don Mowery & Co. certainly do), but what really sets them above all the rest is their deep and nuanced understanding of the LOCAL real estate market and trends. And as location is such an instrumental aspect of any real estate transaction, that expertise really matters. I phoned this realtor and met with its owner, Don, for two initial meetings. He is extremely hard to reach and does not return calls. The second meeting he was 45 minutes late and had an excuse for everything. The time he was to show me properties, he sent a young lady instead. She was very pleasant, but had no skills as a realtor and no idea of what I was looking for. Uplon further debate, I decided to go with another reputable real estate agent. Our agent was Don Mowery and his whole team was great! What a great experience! Our home purchase went so much smoother than expected thanks to Don, Jason, Katie and Megan who were all part of the process and helped us find our first home.
