Penny is wonderful to work with! I felt she was very honest and upfront with fees. My husband and I called several places to find the best rate. Penny was able to get us the lowest interest rate and least amount of closing costs for our new home. If you are in the market for a mortgage, give Penny a call. You won't regret it!
