Penny is amazing!!! She helped us understand every possible route we could take financing our home and made it so easy to understand. She helped us with questions we had all along the way and took all of my many many calls. She was the best to work with, I recommend her to everyone!!

Penny and her team were exceptional. We didn't know anything about what we needed to do to build a home, but they were able to helps us build our first home and the team made it as understanding as possible. Penny is incredible! She knows the business forward, backward, and inside out. The first time we worked with her was in 2006. We had heard so many horror stories about buying a home and to be prepared to be smacked with all kinds of additional fees/costs during closing. That was not the case at all!
