Do not use Caliber Home Loans or Andy Wagner. They provide terrible customer service, refuse to communicate Caliber will lose your on time payments in order to add late fees. and if you try to call customer service you will be on hold for over an hour or until they hang up on you. Stay far far away. Useless and unhelpful
