I have lived here since December of 2012. The location is very nice, close to Metro and the new White Flint development. The building LOOKS nice on first inspection. To be clear, the maintenance staff is great. They are polite and efficient in responding to trouble tickets. Recent renovations make for a lovely veneer in the center tower where they show people the model apartment and give tours. The list of amenities is impressive, if not entirely accurate.
