Good morning: I would like to know how I can file a complaint regarding excessive noise. On several occasions—particularly in the early hours of the morning, such as today at 3:00 a.m.—loud laughter and voices can be heard coming from some of the apartments, preventing us from sleeping. I would appreciate it if you could let me know the proper procedure for reporting this, or if you could send security personnel to investigate. Thank you.
Buenas noches, estoy teniendo problemas repetidos con ruido excesivo durante la madrugada los fines de semanas ( voces y risas muy fuertes). Hoy está ocurriendo desde las 9 de la noche hasta a las 3:30 am , No puedo identificar el apartamento exacto, pero se escucha claramente dentro de mi unidad. pero es en el edificio 2 Les pido por favor que lo investiguen y tomen medidas según las reglas del complejo. Gracias.
Have been woken up countless times by the lawn mowers they hire that come early as possible 8 am. As a night shift worker its seriously painful.
