Honestly it was the fastest and easiest decision to make choosing these apartments. Hamada was the sweetest and took her time explaining and answering all my questions. Lovely environment and people.
Enjoyed my time here in Austin. Nice complex with no real issues. Maintenance issues were handled quickly. I don’t drive. So great access Capmetro. Lived in a one bedroom which had plenty of space for me.
i lived here for 4.5 years. the bad: security is pretty lackluster so take the typical precautions with your car. i never had a roach problem in my particular unit but i would see them around the community from time to time so they're definitely there. the leasing office is your typical corporate-owned rental complex situation -- don't expect much help or care from them. i just moved out and received ~$250 of bogus charges with no mention of my deposit. the good: very spacious, newer build, at an affordable price. 9 foot cei... read more
Maintenance just fixed my broken washer in less than 24 hours. Kind, clean work space and explained everything. I am very impressed with both maintenance and management.
Just resigned for another year and haven't had many issues at all really. Ms. Brenda is the absolute best. She does a great job making everyone feel welcome here and is a pleasure to talk to whenever I bump into her
