Sean solved my problem efficiently
Sean was great! He quickly replaced the air filter and knew EXACTLY what the problem was with our dryer as soon as I explained it. He even fixed the latch on our door while he was here when I mentioned it was sticking. Very kind and friendly!
Sean, the maintenance man, did an excellent job fixing several items in my apartment. He was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently to make sure everything was repaired properly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and left everything clean when he finished. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great attitude. The Monarch Apartments are beautiful! I would like to thank Tarek and Jasmine for taking the time to give me a tour of the property. You both were very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The community is well-maintained, and I was truly impressed with the amenities and overall atmosphere.
