Sean did amazing work helped us with our drain and changed our shower head under an hour. Highly recommended!!
I just moved into The Monarch and I absolutely love everything. My unit is spacious, comfortable and bright. The building feels safe and friendly. The unit was spic and span when I moved in, fresh paint and new carpet. The staff has been outstanding. The leasing process was pain free. Alejandra was exceptional. Her knowledge and expertise was top notch. I am so happy.
My favorite part of The Monarch is the maintenance and repair team, specifically Sean! Any and every time there is an issue with my unit, Sean comes quickly, with a smile, and fixes whatever the issue was fast. Pay the man!
