I lived here for almost a year and recently moved out. Pros: * The amenities are really good. There’s a lot offered. * The location is convenient. It’s right next to the highway, so getting onto I-30 is very easy. The complex is basically on the border between a less desirable area to the right and a better area to the left. * Maintenance has been some of the best I’ve experienced at any apartment I’ve lived in. Sean came to my apartment today for a work order. He replaced my kitchen outlet breaker. He was quick and came the same day I reported the issue. I see Sean around the complex often and he is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond for residents. He dotes over my little dog, bringing her treats whenever I come to the leasing office. He treats everyone this way! Everyone knows Sean lol.
