Our experiece at The Monarch has been top notch. It is so nice having an actual human that was easily contacted through the leasing process. Tarek not only showed me the units I inquired about but he also helped me get the best deal for the budget I had set for myself. We could not be happier with our apartment choice. The amenities are incredible and well maintained. 10/10 recommend.
