We’ve loved living here and the maintenance team (Ty specifically) is always quick to solve any requests.
Utilities charges on top of rent were +$700 minimum per month, and the staff was not helpful when flagging this as a concern. They also made a mistake on my rent payment, and it has been months of hassle to get the money back. This place is only nice, if you have no issues occur.
I’ve been living here for more than a year and it’s been excellent! I love the location and office staff is always friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is also lovely, our balcony view is my favorite! Highly recommend!
I still miss this apartment even after three years. I lived there for a year and a half, and overall, my experience was very positive. The leasing office was always helpful, and the concierge team was truly a 10 out of 10. The floor plan was spacious, and the balcony offered an amazing view — I miss it so much! If I ever get the chance to move back to Austin, I would definitely choose this place again.
