Great place to live downtown - location is great, you can walk to almost anything and the concierge, maintenance and leasing staff are all top notch. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved living here! Our apartment was stunning — condo-spec finishes, solid construction, and a truly beautiful space to come home to. The location couldn’t be better, with Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s right across the street, plus direct trail access to Shoal Creek and Lady Bird Lake. Ty, one of the maintenance crew, is helpful, efficient, quick, professional friendly. A welcome face around the place :)
Management in this building has no regard for the safety of their residents. All 3 of our elevators are out of service for at least a hour now with no warning from management. This is a very serious concern in case of emergency and nobody answers the phone at concierge even though our building manager is standing right there.
