Management in this building has no regard for the safety of their residents. All 3 of our elevators are out of service for at least a hour now with no warning from management. This is a very serious concern in case of emergency and nobody answers the phone at concierge even though our building manager is standing right there.
This place is so luxurious and the staff are so professional. Especially Ty (maintenance guy) who always gives little tips here and there after doing maintenance of things to get for a new apartment and ways to maintain it well.
Location Love the location of building. Walkable to everything. Maintenance team Maintenance team (Ty) is very helpful to get items addressed that should’ve been fixed before move in. He even sent me a list of items that i could purchase to help with enjoying my apartment. (Water filters/door weather stripping to help with noise from the hallway) Apartment My unit isn’t enjoyable due to constant noise from every wall in my apartment. I would run from living in any Windsor property but especially Monarch at Windsor. I got very ill living in a unit there due to toxic mold in the hvac unit which on inspection had no filter on it and every single wall in the hvac closet including back of the door and ceiling was covered with mold. The building management was dismissive of issue. I was in tears multiple times pleading for help from maintenance etc. in certified testing and following medical findings in my body the mold in the unit was in my blood and lungs. T... read more
