I moved to Monaco Villas Apartment in Lake Jackson on March 2026. I got a neat and well maintained apartment. The maintenance service also very good. I got a nice neighborhood and l am glad l choose this Apartment. Manager and staff are very friendly. Excellent service l got. Thanks and Regards, Stephen
Very quiet and laid back. Has some lovely scenery
I can't recommend the Monaco Villas enough! I have lived here for two and a half years, and this is home! The management here is second to none. When I lost my job several months back I talked to them about what was going on and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I wasn't homeless. I have the best, nicest neighbors. Maintenance here is great too. A few weeks ago I had a leaky faucet in one of my bathrooms, and they were here the next day to fix it, and it took them about 20 minutes. She has been incredibly helpful, and ever since she started working here, you can truly see the positive impact she’s made on the community. She is always professional, kind, and willing to help whenever needed. As a proud resident of almost three years, I really appreciate her dedication and support. Monaco Villas is lucky to have her.
