After three years of living here, I can honestly say this complex has been a huge disappointment. They constantly replace workers, so nobody knows what they’re doing, and nothing ever gets fixed properly. Management loves to raise the rent, yet they never show any urgency when it comes to repairs or preventing the apartments from falling apart. This place is bad place to live
They are fast and efficient on completing work orders. I'm very satisfied with the management and maintenance I take everything back! My fridge went out a month ago now and still hasn't been replaced or has anyone came to look at it. Maintenance guy has set up four different appointments with me and I took four days out of my schedule to seat and wait to show and he failed to do so each time. I finally got a text message Thursday saying they are wanting to bring me a fridge and when I responded I was in the hospital. I never... read more
