Great hotel. Excellent location. Professional staff. Very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend.
Do not be fooled by the modern colors or sleek photos. This place is nothing more than a dressed up Motel 6 pretending to be something it isn’t. The lobby is filthy and poorly maintained. The smell of marijuana hits you before you even reach your room. There is no vending, no ice, and no housekeeping unless you specifically request it. This hotel was my lifesaving hotel after I scrambled to get a new one when I realized my parents booked a run down hotel for us. The aesthetic, cleanliness and modernity of the room is refreshing. They provide enough toiletries and have a 24/7 staff you can text. I didn’t give five stars as I was not a fan of their pillows as they provided no neck support and walls are quite thin and I could hear people walking down the halls and some outside life. Terrible staff. Had to cancel reservation last minute due to flight cancellation. Called the front office and they said that we would get a refund if we emailed the general manager Bibian but he refused. Explained that we were here for a funeral and the flight cancellation was out of our control but he did not care. I get that there are policies for a reason, but for this circumstance, it is unfortunate that a refund could not be made.
The room was super clean and comfy, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. This is the hotel that I would like to stay again when I visit LA next time:)
