Last Monday, December 23 I had an Appointment in your Alberta's shop at 12p. Crazy day, I know, and I been 10 minutes late. Your employee refused to take me. I was a customer for more than a year and I all ways, come at your shops with appointment and all ways, yes! ALL WAYS wait more than 15 minutes before to be received. I did not understand why I was mistreated like that. Today I’m really do not want to come back again. Probably you lost a customer. & Marry Xmas by the way.
