This company is still perusing eviction despite accepting my check which cleared my rent balance days before the final deadline. I paid all of my balance on May 1st. The deadline was May 5th. I've been staying at this property for a little over a month now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The upkeep of the property is top-notch, with staff constantly cleaning the lobby, halls, and elevators. Although I haven't fully explored all the amenities (I really need to get to the gym ASAP!), the ones I have seen are impressive.
