DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! These people are monsters, liars, and thieves above all else. I rented from Bozzuto at this facility for 4 years. I started at a studio and upgraded to a one -bedroom. No staff in the leasing office is ever on the same page, so you'll get different answers from them all. The switch from the studio apartment was a mess, and I am still not thoroughly convinced that I was not charged for both units the month I moved. Ms. Wright was amazing! I recently toured The Modern at Art Place and Ms. Wright made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and informative. She took her time walking me through the building, answered every question with patience, and highlighted all the amenities in a way that really helped me picture myself living here. Her professionalism and positive energy truly stood out. If you’re considering this property, definitely ask for Ms. Wright—she’ll take great care of you!

Danielle was so very helpful! She was patient and kind. I know I can be a bit much when it comes to questions because I need to make sure I have a full understanding of my decisions and she answered all my questions and made my process very easy. Carmen was also helpful on days Danielle didn’t work. Thank you ladies for all you did and making my process the best! I would recommend to everyone!
