I had a great experience, and love my hair! Good customer service, explained the process as well.
The most disorganized and unprofessional salon! I called the salon to schedule an appointment with Bri! She told me the appointment would be about 5 hours long and we talked about the type of style I wanted. My appointment was scheduled about 4 weeks out, on April 7 at 10am. After driving 45 mins to my appointment I'm told they don't have me on the schedule and they can't fit me in!!!! I go out of town in 2 days and this day was the only day I could get my hair done! Although I do not doubt the talent the manager has, I was extremely disappointed with the product of my hair of my hair and the stylist. I asked for a silver ombre and showed a picture. Not only did I get something completely different, but my hair is now damaged and has a terrible texture. After three weeks, the "grey" in my hair is now a yellow and I cannot wear my hair down without feeling self conscious and honestly just embarrassed. I love this place!! The ladies are all super sweet and make you feel welcomed!! My hair actually feels healthier n i went lighter!! Thank you ladies, im going to tell everyone! Keep doing what you do...you make us beautiful again!!!
