Multiple invasive inspections every year. We have had 3 in the past few months alone. No reason at all except they're doing an "annual inspection" 3 annual inspections in a 5 time month span? Extremely loud neighbor as well. Multiple complaints to management to no avail. One time they lost the rent check i mailed to them and then instead of an apology, they gave me a pay or quit notice 3 weeks later. Completely unprofessional.
The last couple of months I’ve had an issue with roaches and other types of insects. Pest control came once (don’t think they did a thorough job per my living room camera) A few days after I seen insects again. I tried contacting the leasing office through email multiple times and received no response. Finally, almost 3 weeks later I have an appt for pest control to come back for a second treatment.
